Volunteering for SCBR Bird Rescue & Parrots for Patriots is an opportunity to donate your time and experience to help better the lives of birds. As a donation, the volunteer position does not come with any form of compensation other than the knowledge that you are helping to make the lives of rescued birds a little bit better. I acknowledge that this is a voluntary offer of service and that it does not come with any form of compensation.

As a volunteer you will be working with or around animals that are coming from varying circumstances. As a volunteer, does comes with the risk of personal injury. There is a possibility of scratches, bites and other unforeseen situations. Due to the potential hazards of working with animals SCBR Bird Rescue & Parrots for Patriots requires that a liability waiver be signed upon acceptance as a volunteer. Once an applicant is accepted in the program, all, volunteers are required to sign our liability waiver form, as well as our NDA.
